With only a few days until his forthcoming Church In These Streets album hits iTunes, Jeezy drops a visual explaining where he’s from.
“Where I’m From,” which is off Jeezy’s Politically Correct EP, is an introspective track about the veteran rapper’s life. Jeezy takes fans to his hometown of Macon, Ga. for another installment of his #SundayService series.
The four-minute video features the gangsters and gang members Jeezy used to hang out with before pursuing a career in music and moving north to Atlanta.
Church In These Streets is due out November 13. Jeezy’s “Church In These Streets” concert series kicks off this week at New York City’s Highline Ballroom on Thursday, November 12.
