Just as we thought Chris Brown was staying out of trouble, something always comes up.
The R&B singer and father of 1-year-old Royalty is being accused of making his daughter sick with asthma by his baby mother Nia Guzman, according to TMZ. Nia believes this has happened due to extreme exposure to secondhand smoke while Royalty is with Chris. The site reports: Guzman also claims in legal docs she’s worried Chris is abusing drugs and has relapsed … especially with sizzurp.
Due to Brown’s alleged smoking habits, Nia is asking the judge to force the singer to hire a full-time nanny, as well as take random drug tests, if he does not pull back from using drugs around their little girl.
Chris’ attorney has yet to comment.
