Meet the music industry’s latest offering – Sophie Beem.
The New York City native is the newest signee from Parkwood Entertainment (Beyonce’s company), and she’s covering Justin Bieber’s hit single “Love Yourself.”
The Canadian pop star performed his number one single last night at the Brit Awards, but to be honest, we kind of like Sophie’s version better. Adding a little R&B flavor, the 16-year-old delivers a sassy, soulful version of the Purpose song.
Sophie’s currently readying her major label debut, which is due out sometime this year. Listen to Sophie’s revamped version of “Love Yourself” up top.
