UPDATE: March 2, 2016 9:17 A.M. EST

On Monday, Ibn Jasper shared a photo of Kanye and Kid Cudi working on Turbo Grax 16, which marked day one of the arduous album process. Kanye and Cudi are keeping the fans updated by sharing little tidbits of the recording process.

While Cudi simply tweeted “Day 2,” Kanye shared a photo of him on YouTube listening to Sufjan Steven’s “Death With Dignity” with the caption “Day 3.”

This album could be a doozy.

While we patiently wait for Kanye’s deluxe version of The Life Of Pablo, the Chicago rapper announced the arrival of another new record titled Turbo Grafx 16 this summer.

It’s only been three days since Kanye made the announcement, but according to Ye’s longtime friend Ibn Jasper, the “Ultralight Beam” rapper is already working on TG16. Ibn shared a photo of Kanye in the studio with Kid Cudi, Plain Pat, and Mike Dean.

Last night marks the very first session for TG16. Ibn’s caption reads, “TURBO GRAFX 16 day 1#PABLo #MikeDean #CUDi #PlainPat.”

Despite Kid Cudi’s decision to leave Kanye’s G.O.O.D Music label in 2013, the two Midwest rappers still remain friends. Cudder even appeared on T.L.O.P’s “Waves,” which also featured Chris Brown.

If you can’t get enough of Kanye today, we also have a throwback video of 12-year-old Yeezy rapping back in 1990. We’ve seen glimpses of the footage in previous Kanye documentaries, but this appears to be an extended version of the 26-year-old clip.
