The Pennsylvania Superior Court has issued an order temporarily staying Bill Cosby‘s March 8 preliminary hearing in his sexual assault trial. The trial will remain on hold until the court can rule on Cosby’s appeal, which asked that the case be dismissed. [PEOPLE]

The indie-drama called Barry is set to star rapper-turned-actor Devvon Terrell and Anya Taylor-Joy (suspected to play a love interest Obama met prior to Michelle.) Kim Kardashian is being sued by a man she was involved in a car accident with. Rafael Linares says he was driving on Sunset Blvd back in March 2014 when the fender bender occurred. Though the damage to both their vehicles was minimal, Linares claims to have suffered multiple injuries. [TMZ]
