The Pennsylvania Superior Court has issued an order temporarily staying Bill Cosby‘s March 8 preliminary hearing in his sexual assault trial. The trial will remain on hold until the court can rule on Cosby’s appeal, which asked that the case be dismissed. [PEOPLE]

The new biopic that’ll detail the story of President Obama‘s college years is currently in production. The indie-drama called Barry is set to star rapper-turned-actor Devvon Terrell and Anya Taylor-Joy (suspected to play a love interest Obama met prior to Michelle.) The film will chronicle the young Obama during his time at Columbia University. [Vulture]

Kim Kardashian is being sued by a man she was involved in a car accident with. Rafael Linares says he was driving on Sunset Blvd back in March 2014 when the fender bender occurred. Though the damage to both their vehicles was minimal, Linares claims to have suffered multiple injuries. [TMZ]

Atlanta is a new TV series, produced by and starring actor Donald Glover, that will air on FX. The show revolves around Earnest “Earn” Marks (played by Glover), a college dropout who returns to his hometown of Atlanta after a failed attempt at becoming a rap star. [Miss Info]
