In a recent sit-down with CBS Sunday Morning, Nike co-founder Phil Knight said he plans to give away most of his wealth. Knight’s charitable ways are nothing new; he previously gave Stanford a donation of $400 million and has donated millions to the university since.
“By the time, you know, the lives of my children and their kids run out, I will have given most of it to charity,” Knight told CBS’ Lee Cowan.
Knight is worth a reported $25 billion and his fortune continues to grow as Nike’s stronghold on the athletic market flourishes. Read More
