The Air Jordan 10 “NYC” finally has a solid release date. The sneakers were set to drop on April 23, then April 28, and now April 27. The coveted Jordans feature an all black upper with gold branding along the heel and outsole. In a recent sit-down with CBS Sunday Morning, Nike co-founder Phil Knight said he plans to give away most of his wealth. Knight’s charitable ways are nothing new; he previously gave Stanford a donation of $400 million and has donated millions to the university since.

By the time, you know, the lives of my children and their kids run out, I will have given most of it to charity,” Knight told CBS’ Lee Cowan.

Knight is worth a reported $25 billion and his fortune continues to grow as Nike’s stronghold on the athletic market flourishes. Read More
