T.I. was scheduled to appear at a South Florida high school grad concert on June 11, but organizers of the event no longer see him fit to perform after the Irving Plaza shooting.

Never mind the fact that T.I. had nothing to do with the shooting and did his best to bring order to the situation – the organizers still want a $55K refund. In a legal notice they said they felt “the quality of the Talents services is not satisfactory to our Client,” also adding that the event was advertised “as a safe environment for the students.”

TMZ reached out to T.I., but the rapper has yet to comment.

HipHopWired reports that “the gig in jeopardy is the Planet Graduation party that is booked for June 11 in Davie, Florida. Rich Homie Quan is also on the bill.”

Troy Ave was arrested and charged with attempted murder following the shooting. NYPD made the arrest after ballistics tests run on the gun he allegedly fired came back positive.
