The wait is finally over. Frank Ocean‘s long awaited second album Boys Don’t Cry is set to release this Friday.

According to the New York Times, will be available on Apple Music exclusively. An inside source also said that the album will include a major video and a printed publication called “Boys Don’t Cry” which will be distributed at Apple stores.

After Ocean’s breakthrough album Channel Orange garnered six Grammy noms and one win, the wait for his sophomore effort has reached epic proportions, with several false alarms and lots of teasing on Ocean’s own Instagram over the past three years, when the title was first announced.

Twitter is already bursting at the seams with excitement:

Ocean has been in the news for other reasons recently: for writing a heartfelt blog post following Prince‘s death, and then another one after the tragic gun massacre in Orlando this past June.

Important to note: while the NYTimes is a reliable a source as they come, there has yet to be an official confirmation from Ocean’s label, Def Jam.

Still, though: might be a good idea to start your weekend early this week.
