The New York City Irving Plaza concert that left one dead back in May allegedly left two other concertgoers severely injured.

As you’ll recall, T.I. was set to perform when shots were fired and four people were hit; rapper B$B Banga’s injuries proved fatal. Troy Ave, who according to reports accidentally shot himself, was later arrested after footage showed him firing a gun blindly into a room full of people. Now, two fans who are suing the show’s promoter and venue say they were trampled in the chaos.

From TMZYou’ll recall … rapper Troy Ave‘s been charged with attempted murder for opening fire backstage before the May concert at Irving Plaza in NYC. Four people were hit … one fatally, but the lawsuit was filed by fans who were NOT shot. In the suit, they say the venue didn’t adequately screen people entering the concert … which led to the shooting. The plaintiffs say they suffered serious physical injuries and mental anguish. Their attorney, Vincent Provenzano, tells us his clients were trampled in the chaos of people rushing for exits during the shooting.

TMZ reports the fans are suing Live Nation and Irving Plaza for unspecified damages. We will keep you updated as more information surfaces.
