We don’t like to perpetuate beef, as a matter of fact, we much prefer our hip-hop to be vegetarian, but every once in a while, a rapper does something so obvious we have to point it out. Today, that rapper is Young Jeezy.
Any coincidence he’s leaked a new song entitled, ‘BMF’ and put excerpts of a phone conversation he had with notorious Black Mafia Family leader, Big Meech? Consider Rick Ross is in the process of shooting a video for his own song entitled ‘Blowin’ Money Fast (BMF)’, which is featured on the Albert Anastasia EP, and in the song, Ross rhymes on the hook, ‘I think I’m Big Meech!’
Now who knows whether or not Young Jeezy is trying to send a message to Rick Ross, but considering the two are label mates on Def Jam, we hope L.A. Reid and company clear things up quickly. Both guys are far too talented to mettle in such trivial matters, and even more importantly, both versions of ‘BMF’ are bangers.
