The traditional black and white tuxedo may be seeing its final days – that is if hip-pop’s leading men have their way.
Last month, when Knicks player Amar’e Stoudemire exchanged lifetime vows with Alexis, he set the precedent rocking not one, not two, but three outfits during his big day, one of which was a crimson suit.
Now, we’re finally getting a look at what Wiz Khalifa wore for his much-anticipated big day with the beautiful Amber Rose, and ding, ding ding, you guessed it! The Pittsburgh rapper opted for a colored jacket.
With Juicy J, Chevy Woods, and his manager Will by his side, the groom waited for his blushing bald bride at the altar in a jacket from the red end of the spectrum, appropriately mis-matched with a pair of black tuxedo pants, a white woven and an accented bow tie.
Wiz looked spiffy in his colored jacket, but he hasn’t taken it as far as the likes of LeBron James (who opted for all red during the ESPYs) Future, (who Instagrammed a photo of himself in all red everything from neck to toe) and the aforementioned Amar’e, who is also a new groom.
