This morning while we were sleeping, creeping, or daydreaming about the weekend, Alicia Keys fans were out in full force to see the native New Yorker take the stage in Central Park for a performance on Good Morning America. And the loyal Keys fans got more than they bargained for.
In addition to a special guest appearance from Maxwell to perform their single “The Fire We Make,” the crowd was the very first to see Alicia’s new haircut.
Joining the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce sans weave, and Rihanna, Alicia showed off a pin straight bowl cut while performing her hits. Her husband Swizz Beatz also showed his love for the cut on Twitter, writing:
