According to the New York City Mayor’s office, Electric Zoo Festival has been canceled.

The festival, which usually lasts three days, has canceled their final day which was scheduled for today. The Mayor’s office has chalked the cancellation up to suspected drug overdoses.

The city’s official statement reads:

“During the first two days of the Electric Zoo music festival, two concert-goers have died and at least four others became critically ill and have been placed in intensive care at area hospitals. Definitive causes of death have not yet been determined, however, both appear to have involved the drug MDMA (ecstasy, or molly).”

Electric Zoo takes place annually during Labor Day Weekend. This year headlining acts included David Guetta, Avicii, and Benny Benassi.
