The teenager who was convicted of shooting a 13-month-old baby in Georgia earlier this year has received a life sentence.
Despite speculation that the baby’s mother, Sherry West, had something to do with her sons death, a jury found 18-year-old De’Marquise Elkins guilty of murdering Antonio Santiago.
He will spend the rest of his life behind bars, without the possibility for parole.
