Ray Lewis and Pharrell made one of the dopest collaborations with their smash mixtape, Natural Born Hitters.
Under Armour linked up with Pharrell Williams to produce a three-track mixtape inspired by the film, Ready for August, which is based on the high school football years of NFL star Ray Lewis. The project also features inspirational speeches by Lewis as well.
They ran a contest where you could remix the “Practice” track, and have a chance to have your original remix be featured in a UA commercial airing on Monday Night Football on September 23rd – when the Denver Broncos vs. the Oakland Raiders. Although the contest is over, a very special person wanted to get in the game. Legendary hit-maker himself, DJ Clue (NYC’s Power 105.1) has gotten into the action and created his own unique mix for the Natural Born Hitters project.
