Congratulations are in order for Amanda Bynes; the star has officially been released from rehab.

This past year, the world witnessed Amanda’s downward spiral spin way out of control. After multiple arrests, the 27-year-old former actress’ condition took a turn for the worse in July after Amanda started a fire in a Sherman Oaks, California driveway. Shortly after the incident, her mother Lynn was granted temporary conservatorship over Amanda, who began her treatment at UCLA Medical Center before completing the program in a Malibu rehab facility.

We’ve surely missed Mandy, but we’d prefer if she returned to her old self again, which is why we’re counting down a list of all the things Amanda should do now that she’s recovering – gracefully.

1.) Get back to acting!

2.) Quit wearing wigs.

3.) Go back to being silly.

4.) Get back to the corny jokes – those were cute. 

5.) Celebrate your life and dance like no one’s watching.

6.) Embrace your intelligence. Maybe go back to school?

7.) Enjoy some delicious home cooking; it’s good for you.

8.) Stand up for yourself when the media goes for the jugular. In a classy way, of course. 

9.) Always keep your cool. 

10.) Remember that you are an insanely talented young woman with a whole life ahead of you. 

11.) Take a vacation with some family or friends..no excuses.

12.) The next time you’re not feeling yourself; confide in a friend. 

13.) We promise it will make you feel better. Drake and Josh still care!

14.) And remember when life knocks you down..

15.) Get back up and try, try again because remember…you’re AMANDA BYNES!
