He may be the King of the South, but T.I. brought the festivities to New York City to celebrate the launch of his new venture, Book of Kings Vol. 1, presented by his clothing line, AKOO Clothing Co.
This coffee table book, shot exclusively by photographer Mark Atkinson, was designed to celebrate fashion, art, photography, music and lifestyle through trailblazers leaving their mark in pop culture and fashion. The private reception for press, celebrities and tastemakers only, was a fully integrated art/fashion gallery, where invited guests experienced this exclusive book, which is being heralded as a collector’s item, and saw it come to life with the soundtrack provided by Ms. Nix.
Featured in the brand’s first-of-its-kind coffee table book are Pharrell, Melody Ehsani, 40 Oz Van, Jonathan Mannion, Iggy Azalea, Lil Duval, Karen Civil, Pusha T, D-Nice, Eva Bleu, Sue Tsai and Amazin Amie.
T.I. brought out the big wigs for the party, with guests that included Tyson Beckford, Yo Gotti, Gloria Govan of Basketball Wives LA, Tristan “Mack” Wilds, Sway, Maino, Bow Wow, Angela Yee, and more. Check out the full event recap in the photos below.
