Justin Bieber’s circle isn’t looking too good right now.

Lil Za, a friend of Justin Bieber’s, was arrested on felony and drug charges at the singer’s home yesterday during a police raid. But now, we’ve found out that he was popped – yet again – before he was even released.

E! News reports:

According to a law-enforcement source, Lil Za, whose real name is Xavier Smith, was on the phone before he was due to leave when he apparently got angry and started yelling. He started banging the receiver against the wall—and then ripped the phone off the role entirely, the source said.

We’re told that Lil Za is now facing a vandalism charge and bail will be set at around $75,000. Bail was previously set at $20,000 for the drug charge.

The initial police raid was stirred by an egg-throwing incident that occurred at Bieber’s neighbor’s home last week that led to the discovery.

During the search, police discovered the drugs in the house allegedly belonging to Lil Za. Police report that the rapper was in possession of MDMA, also known as “Molly,” and possibly Xanax – not cocaine as previously reported.

Police held a press conference following the arrest, reporting that the drugs were in plain sight at the time of the raid. Bieber was home at the time, but was held in the garage while cops searched. According to Radar Online, police have updated their original press release with the damages accumulated at the victim’s home whose house was egged.

At about 8AM on Tues, Jan. 14, 2014, detectives from Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff’s Station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department began service of a search warrant at the Calabasas home of Suspect Justin Bieber. The purpose of the search warrant is to seek video surveillance or other possible evidence in the vandalism that occurred on January 9, 2014. The vandalism damage is estimated by the homeowner to be approximately $20,000.00. The investigation is ongoing.
