The husband of Phaedra Parks, one of the stars of Real Housewives Of Atlanta, is in a lot of trouble.

According to reports, Apollo Nida has been charged with fraud and identity theft after he surrendered himself to authorities this past week.

Access Atlanta reports that a man named Alexandre Herrera became a victim of Nida’s plot, as his personal information was accessed by Nida when fake companies were created so he could rip people off.

The site reports:

He opened fake bank accounts under those real names and funneled stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds into those accounts.

The agent in February 2012 began investigating alleged criminal activities of Gayla St. Julien, who he said was opening bank accounts under stolen identities to commit bank and check fraud. The investigation ran until September, 2013. At that point, they found 40 bank accounts tied to her. The complaint provided a sampling of bank accounts totaling about $3 million tied to  alleged fraudulent activities.

The office also identified two fake debt-collection businesses used to “illicitly obtain personal identifying information of individuals.

Gayla St. Julien is identifying Apollo Nida as the man who carried out all of the theft crimes, and has been working with him on this since 2009.

In the report obtained by Access Atlanta, St. Julien referred to herself as Nida’s “right hand bi***”, and that she received only “scraps” compared to the amount he had been making.

It’s also reported that he opened a fake auto dealership in order to get car loans, and also had his car searched by police after St. Julien recorded one of their conversations.

The car was found to have a bank debit card in someone else’s name, and also contained cell phones and a laptop.

Damn, damn, damn! Phaedra is one of the biggest attorney’s in the A-town, perhaps her legal skills can help dig her hubby out of this hole.
