Forrest Gump, Lieutenant Dan and Bubba Blue are back in action!
A few stars of the 1994 classic film Forrest Gump got together and took one of the most epic film photos of all time. Tom Hanks, who played the film’s star Forrest Gump, shared a photo of himself and his former co-stars, Gary Sinise and Mykelti Williamson, kickin’ it old school.
“Hadn’t seen these old friends for too long,” Tom wrote on his WhoSay account.
Williamson played Forrest’s close friend and army comrade, Bubba Blue, while Sinise starred as their fearless leader, Lieutenant Dan.
What makes the photo even better is that it comes just months before the film’s 20th anniversary.
Our only beef with the snapshot is that more of the film’s all-star cast weren’t featured!
