Paul Walker tragically lost his life in a fatal car accident four months ago and investigators are still piecing together exactly what happened.

According to the latest report, it wasn’t a mechanical issue that caused Walker’s Porsche to crash, but rather unsafe driving that took the life of the 41-year-old Fast and Furious actor.

Paul and Roger Rodas, the driver of the vehicle, were traveling around 90 miles per hour when they crashed in Santa Clarita, reports the AP.

Accident reconstruction specialists calculated that Rodas was driving between 81 mph and 94 mph — in a 45 mph zone — when he lost control. A source quoted the report as saying that “the vehicle had no mechanical failure and the damage that occurred to the vehicle was from the collision.”

The complete official report hasn’t been released to the public just yet, but is scheduled to be made public in the near future.
