Annie might be a feel-good for-the-whole-family film, but it’s already faced a lot of criticism – namely the movie’s decision to cast a young African-American woman in the lead role.
Before the remake of the 1982 classic hits theaters Friday, GlobalGrind chatted with castmembers Quvenzhane Wallis, Jamie Foxx, and Rose Byrne, and we were able to hear things from their perspective.
Jamie also talked about how differently his kids look at things in contrast to older generations’ viewpoints, before playing a quick game of “This or That” and dishing on favorite scenes from the movie.
