Following the release of her #ByeFelicia EP, Jordin Sparks drops the visual for her 2 Chainz collaboration “Double Tap.”
Inspired by Instagram and the millennial generation’s obsession with social media, Jordin nabs 2 Chainz to join in on the polarizing conversation. The Daps-directed video features Jordin and her friends getting ready for the club, but not before taking countless selfies of their outfits.
In a recent interview with Yahoo!, Jordin explains the concept behind the song:
“For me in the song, the girl is talking to the guy saying, ‘I know you stalk my page. I know you look at the photos. I know that you don’t like them. I bet you’re not going to like that picture, but I know you like me.'”
Jordin’s forthcoming album Right Now is due out later on this year. Double tap that play button up top.
