Taylor Swift ‘s lyric lawsuit was dismissed, and now she can finally shake it off.

The singer was sued by a songwriter who claimed that Taylor stole his song, “Haters Gone Hate” while creating “Shake it Off.” The judge set a dismissal, writing, “At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them.”

Ultimately, Judge Gail Standish ruled in T-Swift’s favor. Congrats on another win, Taylor.

The Richard Pryor movie has begun production, with Mike Epps playing the lead. Now, according to reports, another star has joined the cast.

Tracy Morgan is in talks to play Red Foxx in the upcoming film. “Mr. Foxx, I hope I do you justice!” Morgan said in a statement. “It will be an honor to portray an icon.”

The role will be great for Morgan’s comeback after he was seriously injured in a devastating car accident last year.

Spike Lee‘s new film Chiraq is making headlines everywhere. Now, Spike is revealing why he’s decided to debut the film on Amazon.com.

When asked why he tried to take his talents to Amazon, the veteran filmmaker replied, “They’re a great company. And also everyone else said no.”

Tony award-winner Lea Salonga joined Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda for a sidewalk performance of “A Whole New World” from Aladdin.

For Wednesday night’s “Ham 4 Ham,” an unofficial Hamilton preshow in which cast members and other Broadway stars offer impromptu performances for fans waiting in line for the ticket lottery, Salonga joined Miranda to perform the classic song.
