Ever since Alexander Wang left Balenciaga in July, he’s been killing things. And his latest collection comes in the form of a collaboration with The Weeknd, deemed WANGXO.
The collection drops next week and includes a pair of $575 black leather sneakers that bear a striking resemblance to Margiela trainers, a $185 hoodie, and a few t-shirts that go for $150 each. Wang meshes his simplistic style of all-black-everything (and sometimes white) with The Weeknd’s XO logo. The pricey collection will be available at Wang’s Soho, NYC shop on November 17, or at the Alexander Wang webshop on the 18th.
As The Weeknd continues his worldwide tour with several stops in the Big Apple this week, he’ll probably be rocking pieces from the collection while crooning on stage.
