Zara is in hot water, again.

Over the weekend, video surfaced from a store in Paris that appears to show a security guard for the retail giant denying entry to a woman because of her hijab.

Complex reports: “When the woman asks if she can shop with a veil on instead, the guard tells her that people covering their heads with hats, caps, hoods, etc. are not allowed in the store. He then adds, “If things change, they’ll change but I don’t make the rules.”

The clip was uploaded the day after the city’s devastating terrorist attacks. Although the footage has since been deleted, social media didn’t hesitate to call Zara out for its most recent instance of discrimination.

In response, Zara issued the following apology on Facebook and assured users that the security guard and store manager have been fired: “Above all, we would like to sincerely apologise for what has happened. Our country head in France has personally contacted this customer to apologise for the incident and to express our utter disagreement with such actions, which are completely opposite the principles of our company. Both the security staff and the store manager involved with this specific have been sanctioned.”

This comes after a lawsuit from a former Zara executive spilled details on the company’s discriminatory practices. And remember when they sold a kid’s tee resembling a Holocaust uniform?

You can watch the incident unfold in the clip up top.
