Please, someone listen to his demo.

Thanks to Volvique Louis Jean Jr., the “Listen To My Mixtape” movement just got a lot stronger. When Jean Jr. was pulled over by Palm Beach, Fla. police and asked for his license, he gave the cops his mixtape instead.

According to police, on October 28, Jean Jr. and two other cars pulled up to Delray Beach’s Atlantic Community High School and sped into the school’s bus loop, nearly hitting several students who had just gotten out of school. Equipped with a golf cart, officers sped up to the trio of cars and forced them to stop. After attempting to hand the officer his fire mixtape instead of his license, someone in another car yelled out that they were just there to pick up a friend.

The cars then drove off school property, evading the golf cart-riding officers. The arrest report states the officers recognized some of the people in the vehicles, including Jean Jr., as former students.

Jean Jr. was finally arrested on January 13 and has been charged with fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, and trespassing on school grounds.
