For better or worse, Instagram just isn’t interested in staying the same.

The mega popular social media app recently switched up their algorithm, changing how your timeline is set up. Now, Instagram has a brand new logo and app design. The formerly brown and tan camera has morphed into a purple, orange, and pink icon:

“We’ve been inspired by all the ways the community has grown and changed, and we wanted to create something that reflects how vibrant and diverse storytelling on Instagram has become,” a spokesman said.

There are also updated icons for other creative apps: Layout, Boomerang and Hyperlapse.

Furthermore, Instagram has a new black-and-white design for backgrounds, icons, and menus – a look that’s supposed to make photos stand out more.

The changes will be made in an update to Instagram’s Android and iOS apps on Wednesday.
