Sean Kingston is in trouble with the jewelry man…again.

According to reports, the “Beautiful Girls” singer is being sued by a Manhattan jeweler for over $301,500 worth of bounced checks for diamond-encrusted bling. The federal suit claims that Kingston dropped by Aqua Master in the Diamond District in July and picked out nine watches, chains, rings, and necklaces worth $302,500.

The artist reportedly gave a $1,000 deposit and promised his business manager in Los Angeles would wire the rest before splitting with the jewels. But instead, sources say, his company cut two checks, both of which bounced—either because payment had been “stopped” or there were insufficient funds.

This is not the first time the 26-year-old star has been sued for not paying up. Last year, he was ordered to pay New York-based Avi Da Jeweler more than $356,000 for also bouncing checks for watches.

Kingston and his team have yet to respond to the allegations.
