Baby Snatcher Ann Pettway Indicted for Kidnapping

<p>Reports state accused baby snatcher Ann Pettway has been indicted this week in federal level kidnapping charges. Ann Pettway admitted she stole the baby, Carlina White from a Harlem hospital in 1987 claiming she could not have a baby of her own.</p>
