Yall please stop saying things like " running from the police is in the black mans culture", no it is not. Those type of comments leads people to believe that black culture is as ignorant as the media makes us out to be. We may need to learn more about real "black culture" before we start labeling things "black culture". Thats misplaced identitiy is one of the 1000's of issues facing the "black community". Also, no all 19 year olds are not dumb and not responsible. That stigma also attempts to justify irrational behavior from our teen.
