God's Way

Posted December 15, 2009 by admin for Global Grind Staff

Recently, I called Russell and said I felt 'stuck' and that my meditation was not 'progressing.'  He said the scripture said progress is made when we practice 'long and hard and without interuption.' He reminded me to pray or meditate and reminded me that just because you work out everyday, muscles take time.  So this is the path.

The very next morning's meditation I went into it without any expectation.  Twenty-five minutes later when I opened my eyes, it felt like me head was lit up.  I felt as if I could fly.

So today's reminder is to work without always expecting results.  Do what's right and forget the results and you will advance.  Have faith, but with no expectations. Practice good practice, give without trying so hard to get and God will give.

Namaste
