Lil Wayne confirmed via Twitter that Louisiana rapper B.G. has returned to Cash Money Records. The tweet read ‘B.G. is signed to Cash Money Records.’
B.G. started his career at the record label as one of the Hot Boyz and is known mostly for his work on the Cash Money hit ‘Bling,Bling.’ His last Cash Money release was 2000’s Checkmate.
Before any confirmations were made about B.G.’s return he was seen at Weezy’s Super Bowl party. This reunion may surprise some fans since B.G. has stated in the past that he wanted nothing to do with Birdman and the label.
