The internet is abuzz with rumors that Cassidy has HIV. According to reports a female claims to have contracted the disease from the rapper after having unprotected sex. The girl has sent e-mails out to various bloggers and news sources. Cassidy denied the females statements on his twitter. The Philly M.C. is whole heartedly denying the AIDS/HIV rumor, Mr. Im a hustler last album was released in 2007 but he is reportedly in the studio working on ‘C.A.$.H Cass A $traight Hustla.’ Hopefully his boy Swizz Beatz will lacing him with some tracks.
