It seems that this might the the year for Ci Ci. R&B singer Ciara is in the studio recording her fourth album, and she's already got that first single picked. She linked up with rapper and fellow Atlanta native Ludacris for the new first single called 'Ride.' Ciara's already shot a video for the song, so it looks like she's ready to go to work.
