The other night, Jay-Z was leaving a restaurant in New York City and a young man approached him. No not to get an autograph, and not trying to score a record deal. He was just trying to get Mr. Carter to purchase some chocolate candy bars he was selling. Unfortunately for the seller, Hov wasn't buying it, literally.
