Rapper Fat Joe has listed his South Florida property, located in Plantation, with an upscale realtor, Katrina Campins. The property is on sale for $1,999,000. The house, which has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, was built for Fat Joe in 2009 although he has owned the property since 2000.

The two-story Mediterranean-styled mansion spans 5,342 square feet is called “an entertainer’s utopia” on the listing information provided by the real estate agent.

The master suite includes three walk-in dressing rooms with custom built-in cabinetry, a whirlpool tub and steam shower. The kitchen has Stilux Italian cabinets and upscale appliances.

The home theater has $50,000 in oversized power seats and a 100-inch screen. There is also a separate, fully-equipped guest house on the property along with a fenced and heat pool.
