Blige announced that she will be releasing a new line of fragrance, My Life, with Carol's Daughter back in May, fans were instantly excited about this new venture. What people didn't expect was for the GRAMMY award-winning singer to break a record in selling her debut signature fragrance on the Home Shopping Network (HSN). When MJB premiered her perfume on HSN Friday, July 30, 2010 she sold a record-breaking 50,000 bottles. My Life is described as a blend of gardenia, tuberose, bartlett pear, white freesia, blooming jasmine, apricot flower, cashmere woods and incense amongst other scents. My Life is only available via HSN and both fans and fragrance connoiseurs can purchase the 1.7 ounce bottle for $46.00. CONGRATULATIONS MARY!
