I’ve been keeping busy working on my upcoming album Now or Never. The title kind of speaks for itself. I would like for it to speak to everybody, wherever they are in their own particular lives. Now or Never means a lot of different things for a lot of different people. For me it just made sense because it’s one of those things where I’m in a great position,with what I have going for me now. And if I can’t do it with this, if I can’t do it now, then I’ll never be able to do it. That’s not saying that I don’t have any more albums or any more music left in me, but it’s just saying that this is the pressure that I’ve decided to put on myself.

From a musical standpoint I think that we have to get this R&B thing back on track. We have to take a stand now for real music and real musicianship, or we’ll lose it. They might start burning pianos next week, if we don’t fight for what we believe in right now. So that’s what started it all. It’s a fight for that as well and my album is going to reflect that.

Even though I’ve been gone for a while, I know that my fans are still here to support me!
