The New York Post reports that Smith and Co. are renting the entire fourth floor at 25 Bond Street in NoHo. The 7,326 square foot space has five bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms with ample room for staff.
The apartment was once asking $55,000/month. (It was up for sale for $19.5 million.) according to Curbed.
Even after a free offer of residence from the developer of a Clinton Hill rental building (with free meals and chocolate massage treatment included) he decided on the Bond Street address.
