Necole Bitchie is one of the most influential bloggers in Atlanta and urban media. She has been an inspiration to me and thousands of others (especially women)! After you read her entire story… it will inspire you to succeed and go after your dreams! Forget a Perez Hilton! Necole Bitchie is the Queen Of Media!

According to quantcast.com, out of the millions of websites in the world necolebitchie.com happens to be in the top 10,000 most visited sites in the United States. It has hits well over 200,000 people per month with 65% of that being African American females. The site has been linked and referenced by Essence, AOL Blackvoices, VH1, BET.com, Best Week Ever, All Hip Hop, Dlisted, SOHH, Crunk & Disorderly, and more. What makes this blogspot so inspiring? What makes necolebitchie.com the place to be? It’s simply – her story.

Necole lost both of her parents at a young age, she had no job and no money but what she did have was a sense of self. She decided that she would take control of her life and turn it around. She created NecoleBitchie.com as a source of therapy and because she went through her struggles and now blogs about them, she is able to help others get through their hard times. With approximately 45, 950 faithful followers, Necole says that it is because of twitter that there are at least 10,000 more people that know about her site. After only 3 months, Necole was able to make a living off her blog site.

In an interview with balleralert.com, when asked if she would do blogging long term, Necole stated “It’s interesting that you asked that because my one year anniversary passed in December and I was thinking about shutting the site down. I was growing tired because I didn’t have any real direction and still hadn’t found my voice….When I’m done with the site, I’ll probably work as a ghost blogger and handle new media for various artists and entertainment companies. Right now, I have no idea what the future holds but I’m just enjoying the ride.”
