Jean Paul Gaultier Hits His Target

After much speculation on whether or not the rumors were true, it is official! Top Designer Jean Paul Gaultier has designed a specific collection for (drum roll please....) Target! The store we know and love will now be carrying exclusive Jean Paul Gaultier apparel. This includes dresses, bathing suits, tops, bottoms, and much more. I don't know about you but I am definitely loving the new trend: top designers collaborating with affordable retail stores. Did we forget that Jimmy Choo designs for H&M? Target will start selling Jean Paul Gaultier's clothing on March 7, 2010. The strategic move of partnering up with popular retail stores has given the designers more recognition and more importantly, has made their apparel more affordable for us! Score!
