Breaking Down Beyonce's Look!

March, 11th in Brooklyn, Jay-Z took some time off from his BP3 Tour to break ground on the new home of the New Jersey Nets. Once the move and stadium is finished, the New Jersey Nets will be called the Brooklyn Nets, a team in which Jay-Z is a minority owner. He was accompanied and cheered on by his beautiful wife Beyonce, and although we want to congratulate Jay-Z on the business move I must also give you the run down on what Mrs. Carter was wearing.

Im a little on the fence about 'Honey Bey' and the application of the red lips but Hey, she's the Queen!
