We all watch the show, we all read the magazines, blogs and tabloids that have pinned Kimora Lee Simmons the Queen of Fabulosity. With such a grand title, one might also feel slightly intimidated when they are thrown in her path. Tonight at Macy’s in Herald Square, we watched over 500 young girls crowd the 4th floor to meet their role model, their big sister, their friend Kimora Lee Simmons.
You see for the past 25 years, women (and some men) have grown up with the St. Louis native. So to them the scheduled appearance during the highly publicized Fashion Night Out, was nothing more than a regular Friday night social hour spent catching up with an old friend. We were so amazed at the level of comfort her fans felt with her, but what stood out more than anything was the instant boost of confidence that every person had when they got up close and personal with the model turned designer.
It was by far the most electrifying thing we have ever seen. We are talking different age groups, ethnicities, phsycallities, and economical standings all were brought together to relish in the success of the Kimora Lee Simmons EMPIRE!

When we asked Kimora the key to confidence she responded ‘It’s very important to start within.’ She attributes life’s obstacles, hurdles and joys with her personal growth and simply said ‘What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.’
Now lets talk about the empire, Kimora heads a company that consist of many niche brands. Finding a way to appease her many different plethoras of supporters.
