Hello Global Grind!!!

It's Suzie from VH1's Basketball Wives.  I'm super excited about becoming part of the Global Grind family!  Not only am I a huge fan and follower of Global Grind online and on Twitter, but I also respect and admire everything that Russell Simmons stands for; from his philanthropic philosophies to his global awareness and environmental concerns.  I rarely read blogs because most are saturated with so much negativity and lack of substance that it becomes an utter waste of time.  Global Grind is different, and it has always been a favorite of mine.

Basketball Wives has become VH1's number one rated show in just a matter of weeks.  But with that exposure comes both good and bad. Yes, it’s a show for entertainment sake, but there’s so much more to each of the women you see on the show.
