Paris Hilton Barefoot, EX Dating Miss USA

Paris Hilton goes barefoot as she roams around Cannes with mom Kathy Hilton. All three Hilton girls Kathy, Paris and her sister Nicky have been enjoying the Cannes Film Festival despite Paris's missing passport debacle, which almost caused her to miss the festivities.

 Hopefully Cannes will keep Paris's mind off of ex boyfriend Doug Reinhardt who is reportedly dating new Miss USA Rima Fakih. The two apparently met through mutual friends. A source tells US Weekly 'she's flying to LA to see him next week. It's very new, but they're having a good time. She made him watch the Miss USA pageant...[Doug] isn't jumping into anything. He's enjoying everything he's got going on right now.'
