The Party After American Idol (PHOTOS)

After the two hour American Idol finale last night, winner Lee DeWyze celebrated at an after party at the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood last night, May 26.

The Season 9 champion was dressed to impress as he made his exit from the party, rocking a black jacket, white button-up shirt and black tie.

When discussing the big night, Lee told host Ryan Seacrest, “This is amazing! Thank you guys so much for everything… I can’t believe this… I’m so happy right now. I’ve never been happier in my life!” DeWyze continued, 'Throughout the season, the word 'confidence' has come up with me a lot. I think looking confident and being confident are two different things for me. If I wasn't confident, I wouldn't be able to do this.'
