Rihanna and Matt Kemp have been going heavy for quite some time now. People have even begun to blame Rihanna’s affections for Matt Kemp’s poor performance on the baseball field, saying that he’s being distracted by the Barbados-born beauty.

However, recent pictures of the couple’s latest date night have birthed vastly different rumors. Rihanna and Matt were headed to The Colony Nightclub in LA to watch Lil’ Jon perform, and although pictures that we posted before showed Rih-Rih and Matt all booed up as they ended their date, the two looked pretty icy in the limo on their way to The Colony. They didn’t even sit together. Rihanna sat up front, in the row behind the driver and Matt sat behind his girlfriend.

Even after an argument, most couples will sit on the same row of seats. We shouldn’t judge any one else’s relationship, but from the outside looking in, it does look a little strange.

Just when we were starting to worry that they weren’t happy with each other’s company, new photos surfaced of Rihanna and Matt Kemp engaging in some very cute PDA at LAX as Matt left to catch a flight to Arizona for the Dodgers game against the Diamondbacks.
