Rihanna was spotted out in New York City Monday night, August 16, getting dinner. The singer was seen exiting the swanky Da Silvano restaurant looking stylish. Rihanna rocked a flowery dress, her red hair and a Chanel bag.

Rihanna has been in New York for the past couple of days performing in New York City at Madison Square Garden and at Nikon At Jones Beach Theater for her Last Girl On Earth Tour with Ke$ha.
