Victoria Justice: Cutie in the City (PHOTOS)

Nickelodeon sweetheart Victoria Justice was spotted showing some love to her fans outside the 'Live with Regis and Kelly' studios after her appearance on the talk show. 

Decked out in a red dress and black blazer, Justice was on the talk circuit to promote her new Nick movie, the teen comedy 'The Boy Who Cried Werewolf.' 

The Zoey 101 starlet also announced her participation in the Girl Up Campaign, a foundation started by the United Nations to educate and protect girls in developing countries. In her role as a Girl Up Champion, Victoria will help inspire other teens to get involved and take action for girls around the world.
